What is Bhakti Yoga?

Bhakti yoga is the ultimate goal of mantra meditation and of all yoga practices. “Bhakti” means loving service to God, and “yoga” means to link back up with God.


Do I have to be a Hindu to practice Bhakti Yoga?

No. You may find it uncomfortable to chant the names of the traditional Hindu deities but you can substitute these with other names or create an individualized relationship to this forms.

What is Mantra Meditation?


Mantra meditation (also known as Japa meditation) is a style of meditation that involves chanting Sanskrit or Tibetan mantras as a point of focus for the mind.


How often should I practice?


Every day! Consistency and discipline are the keys to a successful yoga practice and you will see more benefits, the more you practice. Of course, your schedule may not allow you to practice daily, but we recommend you practice as often as your schedule permits.
