About Laura

Laura spent her younger years as a competitive gymnast in the United States before discovering and adapting yoga as her primary source of mental, emotional and physical strength. Her infectious enthusiasm, creativity and ability to communicate openly with her students in understanding their needs allows her to deliver fun, dynamic and nourishing yoga classes that infuse her students with balance of mind, body and breath.


Laura is dedicated to providing high quality, caring Hatha Yoga instruction to all those who seek it. She caters to the individual by holding small classes in a supportive and nurturing environment where each student gets personal guidance and encouragement to work within their own abilities and achieve their maximum potential through the principles and practice of yoga. Laura's classes are suitable for all ages and fitness levels. Modifications are offered for beginner, intermediate, and advanced students.

About Julia

Julia holds a BA in Psychology from Rider College and a MA in Counseling from The College of New Jersey.Julia has worked in the field of psychotherapy, helping others to develop a healthy balanced lifestyle and quality of living, for over 15 years. Her interest and study of meditation and yoga also began about 17 years ago. She received certification as a yoga instructor in the vinyasa tradition with Ganga White and Tracey Rich from the White Lotus Foundation, Santa Barbara, California. Other teacher trainings include a certification in the Primary Series of Astanga Yoga with internationally renowned teacher David Swenson, and a teacher training in pregnancy yoga with Janice Clarfield. She has also studied with Bryan Kest, Rodney Yee, Richard Freeman, Susan Hurley and other internationally renowned teachers. Her intuitive, nurturing, and provocative style of teaching is strongly influenced by a deep personal practice of asana and meditation. Julia's students enjoy her enthusiastic personality and radiant style of teaching.
